Return Policy

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Birmingham Biotech LTD. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to accept your return and provide a refund within 30 days of your order being delivered (for purchases made on our website) or the date of purchase (for purchases made at Our Place retail store).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. However, please note that return shipping costs, especially on cross-border shipments like those between the United States and the United Kingdom, may be more expensive than what you originally paid because we include the fees of the shipping costs on orders, but cannot do so for returns.

We encourage you to email us at sales@birminghambiotech.co.uk before returning an item since oftentimes the issue can be solved through some little help!

To qualify for a full refund, you must:

  • Purchase your Product directly from Birmingham Biotech LTD

  • Request a return authorization within 30 days of order delivery

  • Product arrived faulty

  • Product missing in transit or be returned by customs

  • Deliver the Product in good physical condition (has not been used or worn)

TO START A RETURN

For returns within 30 days of receiving your products, let our customer service team know via sales@birminghambiotech.co.uk and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Product (If you are claiming a faulty item, please send in photos to support your claim).

We will get back to you as soon as possible. This is usually 1-2 business days.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have received your returned item(s) and is deemed to be in returnable condition, a refund will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The refund will equal the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax, minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.

** Additional note: In the case of products missing in transit or being returned by customs, especially on cross-border shipments like those between the United States and the United Kingdom, kindly provide your full name and order number. Once we confirm that the shipment status qualifies for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. **

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@birminghambiotech.co.uk.
